- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Final Sale Items
- The following product cannot be returned: WalTech Vision 2.0 Thermostat.
- Post-Return Window
- After 14 days, all sales are final. However, replacements are allowed for one year from the date of purchase in case of defects in materials or workmanship.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@waltechint.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Replacement Policy
We offer a one-year limited warranty on the WalTech Vision 2.0 Thermostat. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
WalTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the WalTech Vision 2.0 Thermostat, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to RVs, HVAC systems, or other property. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product itself.
Please ensure proper installation and use of the thermostat according to the provided instructions to avoid any potential damage. Any modifications, incorrect wiring or improper use of the thermostat voids this warranty.
