Refund Policy

We want you to love your WalTech Vision 2.0. If it is not the right fit, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date [CONFIRM return window] to request a return for a refund.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all accessories, cables, and documentation
  • In unused or lightly-tested condition (installed briefly for compatibility testing is OK)
  • Free of physical damage not caused by shipping

Non-returnable items

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Activated cellular modules where the cellular subscription has been used beyond trial

How to request a return

  1. Text 1-844-WALTECH or email support@waltechint.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product back using the provided instructions. Keep your tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped in error. In those cases, we cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Defective or damaged items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, contact us right away. We arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See the limited warranty in our Terms for details.

Subscription cancellations

Vision 2.0 cellular and Smart Hub subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing. The current billing period is not prorated. Annual plans are non-refundable once the first month of service has been used.

Exchanges

If you need a different model or replacement, contact support. We usually handle exchanges as a return plus a new order so pricing and tracking stay clean.
