Shipping Policy

We ship WalTech products from the United States. Here is what to expect when you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days [CONFIRM processing window]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery typically takes:

  • Standard: 3 to 7 business days [CONFIRM carriers and rates]
  • Expedited: 2 to 3 business days, where available

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the selected service.

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada [CONFIRM international destinations]. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see the email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support.

Address changes

We can change shipping addresses before an order ships. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is in transit we cannot reroute it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but did not arrive, first check with neighbors and your delivery carrier. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange a reship. Additional shipping charges may apply.
