These Terms govern your use of the WalTech website, our products, and the Vision 2.0 subscription service. By using our site, buying our products, or activating a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
WalTech International Inc, operating waltechrv.com.
You agree not to scrape, attack, overload, or misuse the site. Automated access beyond normal browser use is not allowed without written permission.
We sell the Vision 2.0 smart RV thermostat, the Smart Hub, and accessories. Specifications, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Orders are placed through Shopify. Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for sales tax where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we refund the full amount.
Vision 2.0 offers two optional subscriptions:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period using your saved payment method. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not prorated.
We warrant our hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase [CONFIRM warranty length]. This warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, or accident. Proof of purchase is required. The WalTech name, W logo, WALTECH wordmark, product designs, site content, and software are owned by WalTech International Inc or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case this section applies only as far as local law permits.
Our products help you monitor and control RV climate systems but do not replace professional installation or safety practices. Always follow RV manufacturer guidelines, safe electrical practices, and local codes. WalTech is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [CONFIRM state of incorporation], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of [CONFIRM county/state], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscription customers.
