Both Furrion single-zone and multizone thermostats use a 4-wire communication system, making WalTech s installation process incredibly simple:
- Unplug the existing thermostat and remove the wires.
- Reconnect the wires to the corresponding WalTech thermostat ports:
- 12V Positive (typically red) → WalTech Port #7
- Ground (black or blue) → WalTech Port #8
- Communication Wire A → Corresponding WalTech Port
- Communication Wire B → Corresponding WalTech Port
- That’s it! WalTech will automatically recognize the wiring and begin operation immediately.
No complex configurations or professional installation needed—just plug it in and start controlling your climate with the touchscreen or mobile app.
